JAMAICAN COFFEE BBQ ONION CHEESE BALL

    Ingredients

    • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
    • ½ cup Jamaican Coffee BBQ Onions, chopped
    • I cup toasted pecan pieces
    • Half Way Tree Country Pepper Hot Sauce
    • Celery sticks and chips, crackers or pretzels, for serving

    In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the goat cheese for about 15 seconds, until softened. Stir in the Jamaican Coffee BBQ Onions and season to taste with the hot sauce.

    Chop the nuts somewhat finely and place in a shallow bowl. Form the cheese into a ball and roll in the nuts to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
